Waveshare Rover PlatformIO Starter

This is a predefined PlatformIO project for starting development on the Waveshare Rover. Some libraries that are not published online (such as SCServe) are included in the project, and other dependencies are automatically installed by PlatformIO. The project's source includes examples provided by Waveshare.
